Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14t-ea000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have bought a HP Care Pack and it's not showing in my warranty. I am trying to submit the warranty dispute following the instructions here https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16 but the form submit fails with a 500 error. Looking at the forum this looks like an old existing issue for HP customers. Please help to fix my laptop warranty issue.
