Product: OMEN Laptop - 17t-ck000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just made a purchase for the OMEN Laptop - 17t-ck000. I mistakenly didn't upgrade the RAM to 32gb, so it has 16gb. I have not received it yet. My question is is the RAM upgradeable, like one of the hp chat people said, or is the RAM soldered on, like another hp chat person said? Apparently one of them doesn't know the answer. Can anyone help? Would I be able to upgrade the RAM on this laptop?

Yes, you can upgrade to 32GB. HP uses RAM from few different manufactures. When you receive your machine, you will know which RAM is on your machine (configuration and manufacturer).
