Product: OMEN by HP - 15-dc0052nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop suddenly stopped charging. I ran the diagnostics for the battery and it said battery needs replacement. My laptop is only 2 years old. Is replacing the battery the only option I have? If yes, then how should I proceed? If no, then what can I try to rectify this issue.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the battery and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

My problem just magically disappeared. The battery started charging again and the laptop is working fine. I don't know what the issue was or why this happened but it's resolved now.
