Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade my Omen 15 GPU? I currently have a GTX 1060Ti. I would like to upgrade it to an RTX 2080. I do know i can upgrade my RAM and HD. Been looking everywhere if it was possible to upgrade the GPU but end up finding nothing. This is my last stop for the question lol

Hi:

 

The GPU is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded without replacing the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with better graphics.

 

The costs attendant to such an upgrade would approach what you originally paid for the notebook assuming you could find the part you need.

That means, I'm better off just buying a 2020 15 that comes with the RTX 2080! Thanks a lot! im not an expert in this matter! Happy new year!
