Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello , 

I have laptop omen 15-dc0015nc and in the past I have turned the turbo mode on cpu  off setting the battery performace on CPU to max 99% and using software “throttle stop” to “disable turbo”.

 

now I would like to enable turbo mode on the CPU and I have failed to do so. 

I have set the battery performace on cpu to 100% and unchecked the “disable turbo mode “ in throttle stop software and I still can not get above the base 2,3 GHz.

 

Anyone knows what to try ?

To add to my previous message, according to HWINFO the turbo mode should be enabled, but is not. Please help me, thank you.
