Hi, as the title says I have had regular problems with my Omen 15 overheating. I could usually solve this by cleaning the fans, however last week the problem returned just a day later. I therefore opted to open the computer and clean the fans more properly which worked well. However, I then noticed that the battery had swollen and I couldn't re-assemble the computer due to that. As I read some things online I found it best to remove the battery and now I run without a battery. I'm not sure what to do now, I tried to contact HP via the contact form regarding battery replacements but nothing happened when I pressed "send" same problem in another tab.
