Omen Laptop Hinges Cracked

HP Recommended
OMEN by HP 15-ax000 Laptop PC series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

So as of recently, the sides of my Omen Laptop have begun to crack. I am unable to close my laptop because of it or else it'll begin to crack even more or the power jack will come out. The more it moves, the worser the crack. i've been wanting to change my laptop but don't want to spend an incredible amount of money if it's a fixable issue.

I don't know where else to go in order to get my laptop fixed. I don't want it to crack even further and also the other corners of the laptop are also starting to crack. I am disappointed since the laptop only lasted me 2 years before the hardware itself started to break apart, especially after spending so much money on it. is there a service where I can send it to be fixed?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This sounds like hardware related issue with the casing assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
