Hello! In 2019 I sent my laptop in to HP for a battery issue and the battery was replaced. Recently the replacement battery in my laptop has begun to swell considerably, and I am worried for my safety. I am hoping I can speak to someone about this problem.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

The only help I was given was being told to contact phone support by Jeff Christopher. I have tried to call the given number multiple times but it has been closed every time, even during the supposed open hours.
