Omen by HP 17-cb0040nr spec is not full

Almost every online shop, which sells this model (17-cb0040nr), declares that this model has IPS display with fresh rate 144Hz and G-SYNC. But the official spec doesn't contain this information (https://support.hp.com/sg-en/product/omen-by-hp-17-cb0000-laptop-pc/26122176/model/29964500/document...)

Also what is the color gamut?

It would be great if someone share a photo of spec on the package box.

and parts list show it has  LCD RAW PANEL 17.3 FHD AG 144Hz NB  part # L57382-001 that means it has 144Hz screen.

We all know mixing 3 prime colors at a right amount will give us at least 16 millions different colors from black to white (or white to black). But many of them we can't see - for example we can't see all colors of a rainbow, only some main colors.

Thank you for providing info about displays fresh rate.

But my question about the color gamut actually meant this: what is the display output in NTSC/sRGB?

Also, does the model "Omen by HP 17-cb0040nr" support G-sync?
