Product: Omen laptop

I’ve had my laptop for maybe a year and a half and just recently one of the fans stopped working, like not moving at all and I got an error message saying that one of the fans was not working, I cleaned it with canned air but the message is still there and the fan doesn’t work. I am very confused and could use help.

I don't know what is your Omen laptop. Normally it has 2 fans, on some machines 2 fans are not the same but on many series both fans are the same.

 

On my HP Omen machine, it has 2 fans, part #  L24359-001. Your machine may use same fans as mine may be not. In short, I need to know what is your machine to be able to get right part(s) for you.
