Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The "J" key fell off of my laptop keyboard, I tried putting it back together but it seems that the scissor-switch/ white plastic holding the key broke so the key no longer locks in place. Where can I find a replacement key and scissor-switch, I tried looking on the HP website but couldn't find any,

Sorry, but the reality of the matter is -- you can't.  Why? Because while folks sell keys and parts for high-end (i.e., expensive) gaming keyboards, they do not do that for the cheaper consumer grade keyboards.  Your only real choice is to replace the entire keyboard.
