Product: Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I need your help.

Suddenly, while the laptop was open and after I wrote some text, almost all the buttons of my Omen 15 keyboard stopped working.

 

Now they keys that work are only 8: Q, W, E, R, A, S, D and F.

 

I tried uninstalling the driver, updating it, running Windows troubleshooting, and turning off the laptop without luck.

 

Any clues?

Do you have a usb keyboard you can get to plug in to test?
