After over 2 months(and counting) , HP is still not sending back my almost £2K computer sent for repair under warranty. Originally they said 7-10 working days, than they said delay because of part shortage, fair enough but over two month is not acceptable. Surely the can offer an alternative solution. The most appalling thing is that they lie over the phone(and via email) to say someone will get in touch by the end of the day to offer a solution but never do. I never expected such poor service from such a big company. Nobody seems to care and the lying about getting in touch to solve the issue is just shocking. Note i have bought this computer directly from HP, so no excuse really. What can I do to get this sorted? please help

You might ask for a loaner laptop. You may not get a free one but you can try.

Update: It’s now been 3 MONTHS and still nothing. First they lied that my computer had been fixed and should receive it with a few days. Two weeks later they said they couldn’t fix it.. and offered a new one with similar spec. It’s now been two weeks since than and nothing.. (all the above is on email)
HP shame on you for all lies and shockingly poor customer service. I didn’t expect that from such a big company.
