Product: ENVX x360 AR0710ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi unfortunatly I have three issues with my ENVX x360 AR0710ng.

 

1. If I charge the Laptop via USB-C (Charger HP L30757-002) the Batterie starts to overheat after the charging is compleated.

Up to critical temperatures (can't touch the surface for longer period of time.

2. Somtimes I can't turn it on, I have to try several times and do a Hardwarereset to switch it on again.

3. Somtimes it freezes completly no bluescreen, just no reaction at all --> Hardwarereset again.

 

After all I'm not very happy with the product 😞
