Hi all, i got a problem with a fan of my laptop. This problem reduces a lot my PC performances and i need to sent it to tech support. Now i have 2 problems: the first is that i bought that PC in Spain but now i'm in Italy. The second problem is that in the HP site the warranty turns out to be overdue. I already contacted the spanish support and they said me that the PC is still under warranty. So how can i contact them without paying the call? Moreover i should contact the spanish support or the italian one?

Hi,

You should contact Support in Italy as your PC has global coverage. You can dispute the warranty if you have receipt of purchase. If you look at the warranty page linked below, you can click on "Avvia una disputa" which will give you a chance to show the receipt and have the correct warranty.
