Bonjour, 

J'ai acheté une batterie externe 100W afin de charger mon HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 par Power Delivery mais je constate que rien ne se passe. J'ai pourtant vérifié dans la fiche technique du modèle et le port USB-C Power Delivey est bien mentionné. Je me suis procuré un câble 5A PD mais ça ne résout rien. 

Savez-vous quel est mon problème?
