Pavilion Laptop - screen / hinge issue just out of warranty

Hi
I want to contact HP directly but have been unable to find a contact number for someone to speak to.
I am extremely unhappy about this known fault has happened after 15 months of owning my laptop.
I opened my laptop last week and the plastic part of the right hand part of the screen has come away - it sounds as thought the hinge has played a part in this. I have since looked into this and seems to be a known fault - I am extremely unhappy I have spent a lot of money on my pavilion laptop and just outside of the warranty this has happened. I need my laptop for work whilst working from home on flexible furlough so don't know what can be done?

I am extremely unhappy that I still have not had a response regarding my laptop not being fit for purpose, even though I have been advised it has been escalated. Today the screen has just stopped working so now I am completely unable to use it.
Please can someone get back to me immediately.
