Pavilion X360 Screen Popping Out

HP Recommended
Pavilion X360

I've recently read a forum about the Pavilion screen popping out. I don't know who to contact so I figured I'd reach out here as well. This laptop was great until I recently went to rotate it into tablet mode and the screen popped out.  I am fearing if I close it, it will make it worse. I've read that to fix it, it is just as much as getting another laptop. I'm past my warranty so I cant just get it fixed. The laptop is still functional except it is popping out,  stays in this position, and the touch screen works. What are my options and what can I do about this? Buying an HP might not have the best option for me as they seem to break down in a year while the mac I used to have lasted me 7 years.  I have reading and looks like is a manufacturing problem, I'm very careful with my laptop. It's not fair that I have to pay for manufacturer problems.

Hi @ghurtatiz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
