Hi Erico
You buy a brand new laptop and expect it to function for many years. HP no within 4 weeks the charging adapter packs up. You talk to a human and he gives you a new number that leads straight back to him. Who then promptly cuts you off after saying I will transfer you. Then you spend weeks trying get past the stupid virtual assistant that asks you to rephrase the question as it does not understand.
Obviously customer care are not big to HP.

The power adapter is a replacement item covered under warranty.
