Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The power supply/charger (r-41013323)  for my HP Pavilion x360 laptop has failed after 5 months

I have verified that it is the charger and not the laptop that has the failure.

My device is still under warranty but I can't get in contact with anyone from HP to send me a replacement charger.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with a living person from HP to replace the failed part?
