Pavilion x360

The bottom right corner of my laptop screen inexplicably popped out. I did not drop it nor did I do anything that would force the screen to pop out. I brought the laptop to an HP-certified service center who told me they could not fix it. Upon searching this forum, it seems countless others have the exact same issue - bottom right screen corner popping out without impetus. It seems this is a manufacturing issue given the frequency of this problem. I would like to know what HP can do to fix this. I'm hoping HP will cover the repair cost given that it's a manufacturing problem, not customer-induced damage.
