Pavillion 14-bf075tx

Hi, we need some support to get e new battery fitted to our Laptop, it is an HP Pavillion 14-bf075tx, when plugged in it works well, but when unplugged the battery dosent last and a message comes up replace battery. It is approximately 2 years old. We are in Auckland New Zealand and have been advised by EMPR it is part number 920070-855 but it is not available in New Zealand, any suggestion would be appreciated

I have checked the manual. The prat number si correct.

 

If the part is not available in our part store, you can purchase it from the online store.
