Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just moved,  set up the computer and turned it on, and I get a high tone beeping, with a black screen. 

3 long beeps then 4 short.  Pattern repeats. Even the pc beeps, the white light flashing with the beeps.

I can't find any model or serial numbers on the pc. This is an all in one,  screen and pc. The only sticker on it is: Amd Ryzen 7000 series, this sticker is on the front bottom right corner of the screen.  The power button is located on the rest bottom right,  behind the sticker. The led is located below the sticker.
