I bought an HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f2000nn (7W655EA) in March this year, but it came without a pen. I purchased an HP pen PEN090, P/N M23864-001, HP Rechargeable Pen MPP2.0 Tilt Pen, SPEN-HP-04. However, the pen doesn't seem to communicate with the laptop. The pen is charging, and the LED is white, but it is not usable with the laptop.

From page 23 of its manual, it is compatible with

 

              Zenvo Pen with nightfall black finish and cable part # L95615-001

L95615-001 is the same pen I bought, but the laptop does not recognize it. Can you provide instructions on how to pair or install it?

I have followed the instructions from the link you provided, but the LED has never switched off while still connected to the laptop charging port. After how many hours should the white LED turn off?

Can you use it ? Can you live with it when the LED is till on ? Could be faulty battery, is it still under warranty ? If yes, please send it back for repair.
