Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755G3AV)

I have had problems downloading basically anything from the day I purchased my OMEN 16. Now I have to download photoshop however it is never launching after installation because of an unknown error. What might be the problem? Could it be because of my graphics card? This is a brand new PC with excellent specs so I'm really annoyed I cannot use it efficiently. Any help would be nice thanks.

Unfortunately, that really isn't enough detail for a description of either issue.

 

Details give context and context is required to completely understand why things are not working as expected.

 

Are you sure that you downloaded the version that is for the installed operating system?

 

Hypothetically speaking, If you download a version for MacOS, it will never launch on a Windows laptop.
