Hey, HP How are you ? I think you are good. I am writing this email because I have order hp 15s laptop from Flipkart on 11 September and I got laptop on 16 September and when I open the laptop it's display is not working on that day I have requested for return and refund on Flipkart. Then, after two days on 18 September a hp technician from Flipkart has visited on my place and he check the laptop also and it's display is not working so he sealed pack the box and paste DOA sticker on it and he also give me the Service Call Report which I will share below

So, I am requesting you to provide me DOA letter to get approved by Flipkart for return and refund and I am also sharing Serial number- [text omitted to protect user privacy]

This is not HP customer service,

 

From what you have written, it seems to me that you need to contact customer service for the vendor who you purchased your laptop from.

 

We can't help you with any letter.
