I recently got a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000, and every time I have used it since received it, the power brick gets ridiculously hot. I tested the temperature at one point. 165 F.
I know some others had this issue and they were directed to a private message for help to get a replacement.
I would like some help here.
Update: Was sent to HP Customer Support. After going through the process, they sent me a new power brick. The new power brick still gets extremely hot. So, perhaps this is just a design oversight/flaw.
