Hp Pavillion Notebook 17-g130na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I use a HP pavilion notebook 17-g130na laptop

Recently I was using it for editing and I set the performance to max cause of the render speed ....

Later that day I turned it on to copy some files and j connected the fuse to power supply 2mins later the system goes off and I see the charging indicator blinking white and orange light and the power button also flashing in sync with the charging indicator....I removed the charger and put it back.

It stopped blinking and also stopped showing and light on the indicator since then it hasn't come on...I've tried changing chargers too

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not powering on.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Do you see any lights on the computer when power on the computer? If yes, then follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

If no, then it looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
