Hp Power Pack 22400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a Powerup Backpack, which comes with a HP Power Pack 22400.

- When I press the button to see the remaining charge, nothing happens.
- When I connect it to a laptop, it doesn't charge it. Holding the button for 5 seconds does nothing.
- When I try to charge the Power Pack, all the 4 lights are flashing. When I hold the button for 10 seconds, it changes to 3 light blinking, then after a few seconds, all the 4 lights are blinking again. I have tried this multiple times.
- The manual says to contact support, but there is no option for that, except the Virtual Agent which is not helpful at all.

So what should I do now?

@vori Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the power pack is not working.

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

If the above link is not working.

@smartguys1

If you are facing the same issue as the original poster, then it would be a hardware issue with the Hp Power Pack 22400
