Envy 17-n002ne

Hi all,

I have failure ID : Q4X2SK-7T7A6S-XD7WMF-C19N03

on product id : D1L03EA#ABV

When testing my power supply. The reason I'm testing it is because the PSU wont power the laptop it will only change the battery when the laptop is off.

Is this a failed PSU or something internal like the mother board or something?

Thanks for any help given!
