Hi  Does any know what is the Prestige 16 Evo A12M Max Supported RAM capacity?

when I check online https://www.msi.com/Business-Productivity/Prestige-16-Evo-A12MX/Specification

it shows 32GB, but when I try checking using cmd using wmic memphysical get maxcapacity , it shows 16GB.

So wanna confirm what is the MAX RAM capacity supported by Prestige 16 Evo A12M?

Hi:

 

According to the product specs, the PC comes with LPDDR5-4800 memory.

 

MSI Prestige 16 Evo– The Essence Of Elite

 

LPDDR memory is onboard memory (soldered to the motherboard) and cannot be upgraded.

 

You can probably order the PC with 16 GB or 32 GB of onboard memory.

 

BTW, the Prestige 16 Evo A12M notebook is made by MSI and is not a HP product,
