Primary (internal battery) 601 very low

Product Name: HP pavilion 17 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
I bought my machine not a year now an yesterday this info just pop up an d my battery don't charge any longer

@royalrazak

 

That error means that your MAIN battery can hold only 25% or less of it's full charge.

 

Shutdown remove your MAIN battery then reboot.

 

The error should go away.

Thank you so much but the issues is that my battery is 0% and immediately I unplug the charger it goes off please I need your help

Then it is time to replace the battery.
