My company recently upgraded our workstations and got rid of the old ProDesk. They gave me one of the old machines, but when I tried to start it at home, it prompted me to enter a user password for the drive, which I don’t have. What should I do?

If the password is for the disk drive you will have to replace the disk. if bitlocker problem contact Microsoft.
If a windows password then just re-install windows.
If a BIOS password you will have to contact the original owner to get it erased.
