HP Recommended

We have recently purchased a couple of ProBook 430 G2s and HP Elite USB-C Docking Stations (HP part #: X7W54UT#ABA). The docking stations say they are supposed to charge the laptops but they don't. Any idea why they don't? Also, what docking station WILL provide extra ports AND charge the ProBook 430 G2?
