Dear Sir,

 

Afther our last conversation, I reinstalled windows with my own version of windows 10. With help from HP assistance I found the right drivers an installed them. My laptop is fast again. 

I did't install the very last update from windows 10 because this probably caused the problem

So thank you again for the assistance. the problem is solved.
