 Issue Reported             : Memory Module 1 Failure

I was told to go on this address to get my part replaced since my product is in warranty, everything was fine, tho the engineer on place made call to HP to confirm CT Number of the old RAM of my laptop and person on call from HP says that CT number isn't matching which is not possible since my laptop was never opened before, the engineering on place himself said that this laptop was never opened before since there were original stickers on screw of laptop, I'm told to send this Email to hp customer care to fix my problem, i hope to get help asap.
