Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i use certain tools in Photoshop CC or try to save my files in that software, a dialogue box appears saying that there is no enough memory in RAM. Why does this problem occur and how to solve it?

Hi,

You could add some RAM to the notebook. The PC will support up to 32GB of DDR4-2400Mhz RAM (2x16GB)

There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot. So you already adding a 4GB in the empty slot would give a boost. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

On page 40 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM:

Example of memory:

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/pavilion-x360-15-cr0011nr#MEMORYFilt...

Another upgrade you should consider is inserting an M2 SATA3 SSD or even faster M2 PCIe NVMe SSD and install the OS and software on it.

Hope it helps,

David
