Hello everybody,
I have 8 GB of RAM installed in my laptop but Windows makes me usable only the 5.88 GB of RAM...

I told you what the problem is, that is all I can do.

 

If you want to add more memory to your PC that is one way to increase the memory.

Hi:

 

Your notebook was designed that way intentionally.

 

Unfortunately, there is no fix.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to some models with some of the AMD Ryzen processors.
