Product: Pro X2 612

Hi,

I recently purchase the hp pro x2 612 and have been using it fine. I didn't charge it for around a week or so...and now the lap doesn't switch on . I tried charging with the ac adaptor but the charging light comes on and goes off instantly....but there is some backlight which shows the 

Picture of the charger....It still doesn't switch on....Could you please help? What should I do?
