OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0740nd

Dear readers,

I have a problem with my replacement loader. This is the 3th one i got send to and the supplier only pushes boxes around. They don't have any clue about technical stuff.

My original laptop loader looked like this : 1131x1200.jpg (1131×1200) (s-bol.com)

The device always got pretty warm but my girlfriend was happy to put her feet on it. To bad it broke down 2 months ago. As was mentioned on the original loader i got the right replacement part number. Then my loader looked a bit more ugly HP 200W - 3.0 Adapter (remarkt.nl)

The replacement part number is : 866251-002.

The problem:

When i connect the loader it sometimes stops loading. It seems to happen always when the battery is below 95% and when i start the consume more power. When i start a game and my fans starts turning it shuts down. If you ask me it looks like a safety measure. After recieving the 3th loader i now am convinced it has something to do with the programming.

In addiction i would like to add that when you loader stops i have to remove the loader from the supply (230v) and my laptop. When i replug it it against start working untill i start a game or something..

Anyone knows what to do?? Its making me wanna trow my HP omen out of the window...

Thanks in advance
