Hello! Recently I got a new notebook, and I've started experiencing issues with Bluetooth headphones. I'm using  Bose QC35 with Bluetooth 4.2 support for listening to music and voice calls.

Issues that I'm experiencing:

1. Sound stuttering when listening to music. From time to time it appears, but not that severe. Almost unnoticeable.

2. No sound when using for voice calls with Teams (hands-free mode). My colleagues can hear me, but I can't hear them. Also, when the headphones are connected, Teams hangs on "Devices" tab in Settings or when making a test call. In general, many applications that use audio devices start lagging. When I turn off the headphones, everything comes back to normal.

3. Battery dies faster. With other devices those headphones last through all working week, but with this laptop they lost 30% during 1 day.

Hardware:

intel ax201 Wi-Fi adapter with built-in Bluetooth.

What I've done so far:

1. Reinstalled Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers. Updated all drivers in HP Support Assistant.

2. Tested headphones with other devices. No problems with MacBook Pro 13" 2018, iPhone Xs, LG TV.

One important thing to mention is that I had no problems with the old HP Elitebook G4 850 which had Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 adapter (Bluetooth 4.2).

From my impression, it looks like some issue with compatibility between Bluetooth 5.1 adapter and Bluetooth 4.2 device, but I don't know what to do with that. Can anyone give me the advice?
