Product: HP PRO BOOK 6460B
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

So, my laptop fan been doing quite a weird sound for the past week I thought it was gonna go away after like 1-2 days, but it did not go away. the laptop sound got annoying real quickily and I need someone to tell me how to fix it, this also affects my cpu overheating heres the sound clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E82Um1RW7fs
