Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this computer long time ago but still running ""fine"", I believe it came with Windows 7, now I have upgraded to Windows 10, but not sure if that cause any issue or not. Fact is that my processor is running low when I have the charged plugged it and I need to re-start to get back to the 2.1Mhz, when plugged it goes down to 0.5Mhz and lock there as max speed, even if I disconnect the charger. Not sure if I updated the BIOS before this happens but I've been trying by getting updates on the BIOS again and again with no success.

I can tell you that my laptop has no cooling fan then it makes sense that as soon as it get hotter by charging it would need to reduce speed to avoid overheating but I need to re-start to go back to normal.

I hope you can help me with this issue. BIOS is F.44

@Javy_Gzz

I reviewed your post and I understand that the CPU speed reduces when you connect the charger.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tried using a different charger? (If available)

Below is the latest BIOS version available for your computer. Update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps. Also, update the chipset driver.
