I purchased a Care Pack February 6. It has yet to be applied to my laptop.
I had a web chat with a customer service representative on March 10 who confirmed my purchase, and told me she would "send an email to our Carepack team about your carepack, I would suggest to wait an update within 24-48 business hours". (That's a direct quote from the emailed chat log.)
I have heard nothing--and I have checked my spam folder, too -- nor has the warranty been updated.
I am not at all impressed with HP's customer service.
