I just bought this laptop, but when I turn it on, it runs out of charge very quickly, without playing with it or doing anything, when I turn on the device, the charge decreases by one percent every 1 minute, I think when I use it If I play, the charge will end in less than an hour, which is a disaster. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Let me check your basic system configuration before we knock on the battery to wake it up ...
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

Why should you install the update ?
Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
(5) Download and install / update
