I want to upgrade RAM of my system, but i am not sure that how many RAM slots are availaible on my laptop.

Hi,

 

Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR4-2133Mhz RAM (2x8GB)

 

Now you have 4GB of RAM, so you could add another 4GB stick or more in the empty slot. 

 

On page 56 of service manual you can see steps to upgrade RAM

You can also take a look at these HP videos for the ay series which can help with upgrade (click on memory and also base enclosure in list on left)
