I want to upgrade my laptop ram and processor. Can someone please let me know the detail procedure.

Processor would not be upgradeable. Laptops these days are built with processors soldered to the motherboard which makes an upgrade impossible without changing the whole motherboard. Service Manual:

Start on p. 45 to remove the back cover. Inside is this:

Takes DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM and can work with up to 2 x 16 = 32 gigs.

Rather than upgrading the processor you may want to consider a solid state drive to improve performance. We can hel there if you wish.

Sorry to bother you again but i guess the motherboard and CPU of laptop of my model only supports RAM of 2133 MHz so,buying 2400 MHz will cause any problem?

No problem it will downclock. HP usually ships DDR4-2400 memory in units that run the RAM at 2133.
