Hi:
You can use DDR4-2666 MHz memory, but it will only run at 2133 MHz, which is the fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
It is best to install the same speed memory that is in your notebook now, but if you can't get whatever speed memory chip is in there, the 2666 MHz memory should work.

DDR4-2132(1066 Mhz) Samsung 4GB
I am currently having a Ram of 4 GB DDR4 so i can add on one 8 Gb DDR4 Ram into my laptop with it work like 8Gb + 4gb or i have to buy a 4 gb ram only ?
Maximum supported ram is 16 GB

Hi:
Yes, you can add an 8 GB chip to your existing 4 GB chip and you will have 12 GB running in single channel mode like it is now with the empty memory slot.
In order for the memory to run in the higher performing dual channel mode, you need to install the memory in matching capacities (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB).
I would go with the 4 GB + 8 GB and then someday if you want to max it out, you can replace the existing 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB chip and have 16 GB.
If you add a 4 GB chip the memory will run in dual channel mode but if you want to upgrade to 16 GB, you will have wasted your $$$ on a 4 GB chip.

Unfortunately, I would have no idea.
You can buy memory from this vendor who guarantees compatibility...
