for 16 GB RAM up gradation ...please guide me

There are no specs on that model listed.

 

What model Intel processor does it have?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.  The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

The max is 2 x 8 GB for a total of 16 GB.
