Hello,
My computer model is HP 15-bw019nt. I can't find the ram upgrade list or compatible hardware list. I've tried all of the links provided in support page. Anyone knows that where it is?
Regards,

Hi,
Your PC supports 16GB of DDR4 2400Mhz RAM (2x8GB)
You can use RAM from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung ... and it will work. The RAM will actually run at 1866Mhz. At the moment you have 4GB in one slot and one empty slot.
On page 2 and 48 of service manual you can see the various configurations and steps to upgrade RAM

You can also look at HP videos for that model (click on memory module in list on left}
Let me know if you need further help,
David
